I have and use a Bug. Also, have and have used pop-out-and-put-together card kits. I really enjoy making cards from the ground up but it depends on my health and mood. Will readily admit most of this years cards have been pop-out and/or decoupage onto pre-foiled/embossed cards. Having lost Gran in April, just haven't been in the mood this year.

Have to say though, I don't want to make cards that look too professional. I want folk to know I made them!
(I know...I'm just weird that way.)

NB Another bug-bear of mine - making cards/scrapbook pages ON the computer.  Each to her own, I know.  Having once spent nearly 4 hours trying to put a card together on the computer, it was enough to put me off for life!  I was using a well-known programme suite, which I won't name here...and won't use again.  I made another card, by hand, for the same event.  Took me about 45 minutes and looked *far* better than the other one.  Don't mind printing things and using the bits to make the card myself, often do just that.  Come to the conclusion I just like making a mess and getting my hands inky and sticky!
