This is the easy microwave recipe I use.

Sift 1lb icing sugar and 2oz cocoa into a bowl. Add 4oz unsalted butter
chopped into pieces and 2oz milk.

Cook on full power for 2 mins.
Add 1tsp vanilla essence.

Beat well with wooden spoon and pour into a greased 7in square tin
and leave to set. Cut into squares.
