We are having turkey with all the trimmings, Celeriac Puree, Roast Potatoes,
Pigs in Blankets, Sprouts with Chestnuts, Carrots, Stuffing. I feel bloated already!!
I usually make Norwegian "Hjortetakk" which are a firm doughnut type thing (we have
Norwegian in the family) and I only make them at Christmas.   Everyone loves them and
they don't last long.    Is there anyone out there who knows these?
