Four for dinner - two meat eaters and two non meat eaters - pork for the meat eaters and parsnip roulade for the non meat eaters smiley: happy.  Both served with roast potatoes, sprouts, parsnips, carrots and stuffing, plus pigs in blankets to go with the pork.  For starters there will be a choice - melon, egg mayonnaise or prawns - and for pudding I haven't quite decided.  There will be a small Christmas pudding if anyone wants it, and I think I will make a trifle with proper custard (and no jelly).
