Might get a small Christmas pud, but will probably make ice-cream instead. Am wondering if I can crumble the pudding and add it to home-made ice-cream, maybe with a tot of alcohol. Has anyone tried doing this?

the boys asked me to make rum and rasin ice cream, so i used nutmeg, a little mixed spice, rasins, a few chopped nuts and a slug of rum worked well and they loved it, so dont see why xmas pud wouldnt work
i also made one the other day using homemade fudge chopped in tiny bits and baileys yum
