Its leg of lamb stuffed with apricot stuffing for Jay as he is not keen on turkey and said he would prefer lamb this year! With all the trimmings for me I am making a lemon, chestnut mushroom cranberry and rice wellington, I will have all the vegs ect. Starter will be Red Pepper Soup and if there is room left we will have Mince Pies and Brandy sauce.

I have a Ham to Honey Roast for Boxing Day, served cold with a salad and Jacket potatoes, i have a broccoli quiche already in the freezer as I made a coiple and froze them last week, Jay will be sorting out the meal as I am working till 4pm, the shop is open from 10 till 4pm, so I wint be home till about 5pm!
