How many points you on now then? I do between 8 and 12 a day.
Its just shuffling things about a bit really instead of 2 slices of toast for breakfast i have 1 and save the other for a sandwich at lunch ect
I did great last  week and lost 7lb, but have now stuck a bit as i relaxed........
