1. Eating chocolate - I'm Type 2 diabetic - but I manage to fool myself that I am not! I'm OK in the mornings, but I like something good with my mid-afternoon mug of coffee! But chocolate is one of our 5 a day, isn't it?? It's a vegetable....it comes from a bean!
2. Reading too late in bed. This morning, I regretted it as I had to get up early because my hubby was hypo. He came to collect my tea mug (he brings me tea in bed each day....I'd rather sleep but it gives me an opportunity to check he is OK and today he was acting strangely. I came down and got him to do another blood test and his blood sugar was scarily low at 1.8. When he got up, it was 7.7 and he had eaten too so it should not have sunk like that. Anyway, by the time I got him sorted, it was too late to go back to bed......and I did wish I had stopped reading sooner last night!!!!
3., 4., 5., 6, ........I'm sure the list is endless but these 2 will suffice for now!
