Lovely to see Joanna, thanks for sharing.
I grew Penstemons for the first time last summer, and was really surprised to see that they are still fully green and seem to be very hardy. A real bonus, and they are so easy [apart from being too tasty for the entire local rabbit population!] We are about 600ft up here, so was delighted to see them. Crocosmia have been sending up green shoots since before the snow, and anemone are growing.
A few tiny snowdrops have pushed their heads above the parapet, and tulip bulbs are coming up in the flower troughs.
It really won't be long to wait for Spring now.
