i hate frozen roasties..they all have a dry taste to me. tried goose fat last christmas...didnt find it all that exciting, hubby throws mixed herbs out of a jar on ours while they are cooking. we cover stuff in tin foil..keeps stuff warm..but roasties id leave in oven so they dont go soggy. your doing great..i really panick if i gotta cook a meal with all different bits...so i dont..lol. and yeah..im not allowed a chip pan either..lol. xx
