Joannie if I'm unsure of timings ....especially when doing a 'full' dinner like a roast etc. I start from the time I want everything to be finished and work backwards allowing for cooking times + a few minutes extra!!!

Eg...... finished time 2.00pm

Gravy...1.50
Veg......1.30
Yorkshire pudding mix...1.25 (made night before or 1st thing in morning and every time I go past give it a quick mix to let the air in)
Boil roasties for 10 mins and then put in oven...12.50
Meat....depends on weight etc but allow roughly 20 mins per 1lb + 30 mins extra


Don't forget to turn oven on at least 30 mins before meat needs to go in so that it's good and hot.

Times are approximate, but you'll get the idea.
