You received a refund. Checking the feedback is a good thing, but they may have genuine reasons for not be able to supply your order.

Chris: To call my comment "libellous" is really OTT!  As I said other people have had exactly the same experience with this seller so it is not a one off.  And as for "shouting", I did no such thing.  smiley: eek You are over-reacting, methinks!
I normally check feedback but didn't this time...that WAS stupid of me.

  
Jacqui: Yes, you are right about the Christmas/Boxing Day  thing.  As we don't celebrate it, I forget about itsmiley: roll.....same goes for New Year....which seems to go on and on here in Scotland!  We had 2 official "holidays" for New Year, but many shops and cafés were still closed today.  However, we did get mail today, so that's something!
The only "celebration" we had was our son's 30th birthday and that wasn't much.
Excuse my ignorance, but what is "The Works outlet"?  Is it a shop?  I've never heard of it apart from this seller's name! If it's a shop, we don't have it here.
