Sorry to hear you are having problems with the company who supplied your wet room Joannie. I know how you feel it took me nearly a year to get ours sorted, fortunately we hadn't settled the whole bill and haven't to this day. They have now given up writing to me as each time they do I just send copies of the correspondence back to them and they disappear again back into their holes.

None of this helps you, but do make sure you don't drill any holes or do anything to the leg as they will jump on that and it may wipe out any guarantee. Have you contacted Trading Standards I would, at least they will log the complaint and maybe give you good advice as to what to do next.

A letter registered to the CEO telling them the seat is not fit for purpose is a good idea as well.
