Hubby and I had an appointment for the dentist in early November and they phoned yesterday

to say that she will be on holiday and could we change our appointment.

I told them that that was fine but hubby had shingles and that I needed to check with him

a suitable time he could go because of work and also as the rash is on his back he finds it

very uncomfortable leaning back.

So I said I would ring in a few days and book it, well within half an hour I had an email and text message

to say we were overdue for our next check up smiley: mad

Obviously they don't check their records and don't listen to their patients.
