I use my usual recipe for a fat free fruit cake and all I do differently is put some foil over the top to stop it browning too much. I cook it for less time, remember you can always leave it in for a little longer if necessary, and a slightly lower heat. It depends on your Halogen oven really, because they all differ. I haven't made any other cakes because I'm on my own and take ages to eat a cake, but the fruit cake, wrapped in foil, keeps for ages.

You can cook any cakes, you don't need special recipes. But if you do want cook books, have a look on Amazon, they do loads of halogen oven cook books.
