I think it's despicable, Judy. There are people around who genuinely want a home to live in, not just me with this flat, and the likes of him do that. It's not as if there was anything wrong with the place that would need loads of work either. I'd have put a new kitchen and bathroom in, money permitting, but only due to preference with the former and need for a wet room or separate shower due to disability with the latter. There was no smell of damp or cracks in any walls. I won't even view a place and waste people's time if I know I really wouldn't like it. I do a lot of research before I even phone an agent about a place. If there are things I know I won't like there's no point.
