when they were being demonstrated on C&C, they said leave the tops off to let them dry. In fact the lady demonstrating said she rarely put the tops on - so that's what I do now - leave tops off.

Only need a few drops of water or sprtiz them and leave for a few mins. I tend to put a couple of drops on then use my "Koi" type brush with them, which seems to keep them "activated" if they need a drop more water - gently squeeze of the brush and a stir does the trick.

If colour is not dense enough - you cago over what you have painted again, to deepen/shade the colour.

Have a play and you will soon see how much water you need. Hope this helps.
