thanks all. Yes, a diary might be a good idea, will try that out.
I know I have done a lot of comfort eating over the last few months, but I have not bought biscuits for myself, or baked any cakes for ages now.
I have also broken up my meals, so that I can have more little meals during the day. I am also trying out - one day at a time as otherwise it is so daunting - to drink a glass of water when I feel peckish in between meals. If I can do that at least 3 times a week, that should help, surely?
I have about 20 lbs to lose, more would be great of course!
