When I first started out making cards, 2,5 years ago, I bought a couple of items from Magnolia. Their website looks like a crafters paradise. But after a while I realised that they show items, that are actually out of stock, and you only realise that when you have ordered them, and dont get them....That happened three times. They also cheated me of some money. It took me three weeks to get hold of them, calling once everyday, in the end there was a very unfriendly person answering, claiming they never got any money from me.....it was a small sum, so I let it go but decided that I will never buy from their webshop again.

A friend of mine, owned a craft shop here in Lund. This was before they designed the famous Tilda stamps, and the first two months they were very eager to comply, but then they started to get difficult. In the end they were down right unreliable, so she stopped buying from them too....

I know they have an actual "physical" craft shop upcountry somewhere, and people living close are very pleased with the shop. In my opinion they are taking on more than they can handle, and put all their energy on the craft shop and let the webshop be as it is, understaffed and totally unreliable.....

I wish I liked the Tilda stamps, they sell them in my local toystore.....

Joanna , I am sorry for being so negative about Magnolia, but they could learn a lot from you.
