Rang B&Q this morning to complain about the missing piece from the shed, when I eventually got through the garden section the guy who dealt with me was worst than hopeless.

Told him part was missing, he asked was the packaging damage I replied no and he promptly said no it wasn't was it I helped your husband load the shed into the car !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He offered to sort something out ??????? but he would need to see what was missing !!!!! how can we show him missing piece it's MISSING imageHe wanted to see what we had to compare to another pack - told him that if they wanted the whole shed back they would have to come and collect because the fault was theirs and I was not moving the thing again. I had already told him which part was missing, described it to him and gave him the part number, he is now going to go through another pack to get the missing piece but only after pushing him image

He just kept telling me that they are very good at ensuring the packages are complete, very good for all their other customers but mine has a piece missing. Why on earth would I lie about the piece that's missing, I couldn't build the shed so wasted 3/4 hr last night unpacking it and checking all the pieces and I now have the shed stacked in the hallway because some pieces are lightweight and would have been blown about or away if we had left it outside.
