I actually use Brilliance black on inkjet acetate to get a really rich black impression. Ink jet film has a coating on one side which feels slightly rough and the ink dries beautifully on it. If you're using stazon, try to do it quickly because the solvent is evaporating and drying the ink as soon as you start working and if you're getting a poor impression it can sometimes be because the ink is already drying and not enough is being transferred to the acetate.
