My doctor's surgery has open surgery every morning from 8.30 to 10. You just turn up and wait to see one of the doctors or the nurse. Although it's usually very busy on a Monday the other days are not so bad and I've never not seen my own doctor if I wanted to. Of course at this time of year appointments are few and far between and understandably so and we are in the country but the surgery is a fair size and usually busy.

Our surgery operates in the same way from 0900 to 1.00pm. Mondays are impossible unless you start queuing at 7.50 a.m. Other days we can turn up or phone at 8.45 when the queue has been processed.

My friend in Peterborough can been seen from 7.30 a.m..

My heart goes out to you Linda. It sounds an awful situation. If you apply for another surgery you might carry a poor reference from your current one. Hugs and sympathy Sandra
