Have you tried right clicking on the D Drive, chose properties - then about half way down on the right hand side it has Disk Cleanup - click on that and clean up some of the files they highlight. Have you cleaned up your temporary internet files and temporary files recently ? Have you also tried the troubleshooting section in the Control Panel under Printers and Faxes ?

I'm assuming that you have tried disconnecting the printer from the computer, when the computer is switched off of course he he, starting the computer without the printer connected, then switching the computer off again leaving it for about 15 mins before reconnecting the printer and rebooting. It sounds silly but sometimes helps clear muddled up memory sectors.

Good luck with it and hope it sorts itself out before you end up bald he he
