For anyone who has been told that it is a supplier problem . Can I just say Joanna is 100% a lady of her word. She and her company have very high standards, which she sticks to too the letter. Her Customer service is second to none. I would trust her word over and above Ideal World at any time. Having been told lye. She deserves a public apology, this is unfair and Joanna and her company do not deserve this. Dee xxx
