I'd just like to add also, as a relative newcomer to this site, that I did not believe for one second that the problem had anything to do with Joanna. No-one could be more honest. I was amazed when I received a replacement disk through the post, totally unsolicited, after Joanna had discovered a fault on the Cardmakers Year. The fault was so minor that I would not have worried about it, but Joanna wanted everyone to have a perfect copy.
I have had problems with IW/C&C before and each time I swear that I will not buy from them again but I get tempted by something, everything is ok for a while and then the whole thing starts again.
My problem with this particular order is not a 'supply problem', apparently mine was despatched on July 17th! I just haven't received it yet even though they took money from my account on July 10th!
They are not answering my emails either. Trading Standards here we come..................
