I think it disgusting that C&C & IW are telling customers lies YET AGAIN, it seems to be their cover story everytime the delivery goes wrong, I was told the same thing when my Animal Antics Cd didnt turn up for 2 weeks. I no longer order from C&C as I find that I can get everything I need from the internet & JS in particular & the service is second to none.
Its easy to say dont worry Joanna as we all know its not your fault, but there are a lot of customers who will have been told this story about its the suppliers that wont know that its not your fault. I think the same as the other forum members that something needs to be said on C&C & IW to clarify that it is not your fault.

Its a shame that there isn't another Craft Channel that you could use instead of C&C.

Good luck sorting it all out, I do think you should get at the very least a public apology.
