I agree that you should get a public apology from C & C. My past experience with them is that they just lie to you, just to get you off the phone, I think. I keep saying I will never use them again but now and again get tempted, and am presently awaiting an order made over two weeks ago (not a Joanna item!), for which they have blamed the new computer system! The new computer system was working OK for them to take my order and money out of my account; funny how it isn't working OK to actually send me what I have paid for!! Am livid. Joanna, if I were you I would be demanding an apology and a letter of apology sent out with all the late deliveries of your CD so that the people who don't come onto this forum know that it wasn't your fault.
