Hello Angela,

I have spoken to my Husband for you who is an IT Engineer, he has not heard of this problem before but has suggested the below....

Unplug USB lead from back of printer. if your operating system is xp use the following instructions if not, get yourself to your printer area through control panel.
- Start- Programmes - Printers -Click on the name of the printer - click on printer- press delete - then re-plug USB cable in, operating system will find the printer again, and re install printer driver (may ask for install disk but shouldnt ) This should help, if not give me a shout and I will ask him to ring a few contacts for you.

Regards
Kelly
