Well she's been trying to make a complaint via email to their customer services, that keep telling her she's using too many letters! Obviously they want to "curb our tongues!" She DID speak to the warehouse manager, who informed her in a rather snotty tone" Madam, you cancelled your order, so therefor it wouldn't be delivered, would it?! " Well she cancelled it because they told her it could only be delivered between Christmas and New Year as all the slots were now full!! So I'm wondering how many more customers went without their orders yesterday? It was supposed to be delivered by 7.00pm, and they rang her at 7.25pm to say she wasn't getting it. As I said before, she was naturally upset, as they'd relied on them for the food after they'd been away!
Everytime I think of it, I'm spitting bullets, so now I've told her to write a letter and send it via recorded delivery, don't know who to yet, but hopefully we'll find out who's up there at the top of the ladder! She was upset, but ME I'm +%!#% mad as +%!#%!!image
