we've had a few problems with asda before. But can I just add that we had our Sainsburys order delivered last night, there's horrible snow & ice on our road (we're in a dip and quite a few cars have struggled to get up the incline!) - they phoned to say they were sorry but they would be 10-15 minutes late (not surprising as town was gridlocked!) - and when they arrived immediately gave me a £10 voucher for next time i shopped online as an apology! Extra brownie points for Sainsburys!
Hope they get their order sorted - not what's needed with all the stress at this time of year anyway!
