I've just heard on radio 5 live that someone has had their Sainsbury order cancelled with no apology so Asda aren't on their own in this.
A few years ago I did my Christmas shop with Tesco. Something had leaked over all my shopping and I didn't notice until I started to unpack.
I phoned customer services explaining about it. I did not receive an apology, did not receive a full refund for the goods I couldn't use nor was I offered free delivery to have the items replaced.
I have never used Tesco again.
