I totally agree, Joanna. I was at boarding school with quite a few children who came from real money and I learnt at a very young age that it can bring its own kind of misery and that it can make some people very ugly indeed. Give me just enough to cover my bills, feed me properly and have the odd little holiday or day out and I'm happy. Oh yes, I dream about having a bit more, like we all do, but a bit more, not millions more. My dad sent me to boarding school to aim high and be able to earn good money, but all he suceeded in doing was to make me happier with being ordinary. I've found those people more helpful and more generous than the ones who are stinking rich. Yes, there are exceptions, but too few for my liking, and it seems to be that the ones who are the exceptions are the self made rich who have seen what it's like down here in the bottom class.
