I have used it quite a lot, including for overseas and parcels. It's quite daunting at first, but once you've done it once, it's easy. The labels are printed onto A4 printer paper and then stuck onto the envelope. There is a choice of sizes and where you want to position it on the A4. If you are going to cut it out it doesn't matter where it's positioned. You need to know the exact weight and size of the item being posted. I suggest that you start on a low value item, i.e a normal card/letter, so that you can work your way through it slowly. I'm not sure if you can print directly onto envelopes. I use a decent weight paper so that it doesn't tear too easily in the post.

Hope this helps.
