Yes, Lynn, I am in London, but it wasn't speed or anything like that I had an issue with really. I wanted proper pop3 email, not one that you're meant to use like webmail but can forward to use in an email client. The servers they used were Google's first or second issue ones and well out of date. When I got told by three people that they'd sent me a mail and was I ok as I hadn't replied I logged into the webmail they were sitting there in the inbox, not transfered over with the others. I know it wasn't my anti virus as all three were in the permitted senders list due to being in my contacts list. It just didn't work properly and confirmed to me the old saying 'you get what you pay for'. It was cheap rubbish.
