Love 'em! Local, fresh produce...beats the supermarket every day. I object to paying grossly-inflated prices for tasteless fruit and veg so I'll stick to the Farmers' Market for things the local organic farm doesn't grow.

Most of our veggies now come from the local organic farm, who deliver a net to us fortnightly for £11 and is enough for Gran and I no problem. The taste is amazing, even the potatoes taste better.

Admittedly, the meat (of every variety) is a bit beyond my purse but great for a treat. We are fortunate enough still to have a local butcher.

Should've said, after the first veg net was delivered, I costed it like-for-like with organic veg from the then nearest supermarket.  The price difference was pence, in favour of the supermarket.  However, we stayed with the nets as they're delivered free of charge and the veg is picked the day before delivery!
