Ordered some massaging car seats on June 22nd. After 3 phone calls and 3 emails (all of which were undeliverable), they turned up yesterday. They were NOT what I ordered, but a cheap, knobbly substitute. I tried ringing the number to get a return code - 10p a minute and they left me hanging on. after a recorded message a total of 10 minutes in 2 calls.

I eventually contacted the Telegraph, where I saw the item, and they got me a return code and the promise of full refund, including return postage. Well done the Telegraph!

Then I got a form email from the original company, offering a refund if it hadn't arrived!! I sent one back telling them what had been arranged and said if I didn't get a full refund, including postage and £1 for phone calls, I'd report them to Trading Standards, so now waiting for the next move!

I do NOT need this aggro at the moment, as the heat has made me rather unwell and I don't want any extra stress!!
