i think this is appalling treatment of consumers by a company of this size.
not a very professional way to treat anyone, and they should know better.

a spot of re-training of their telesales ppl is needed here methinks,

pete would have gone ballistic, mind you, he has a few times with them, when they've got his money n are reluctant to hand it over!
we're always in credit, and when it gets over £100 he insists on having it back, they resist, but not for long!! he can be very annoying when he wants to be, lol.

i hope you get your apology hun, they need to learn not everyone is on the make or spinning them a line.
