Ooh my favourite is watercress. Fry onions, added diced potato then stock and cook on a gentle heat till you want it and it's cooked through. Roughly chop the watercress, cook for no more than 5 mins, blend it and add a good dollop of cream. Delicious.

I don't really have any dislikes, but don't enjoy "shop" soup as it tends to be very salty so prefer almost anything home made. Yes, the Delia parsnip and apple is yummy.
