The only tinned soup I buy is Muligatawny cos I love it and making it would for me be a nightmare!
Apart from this I make all my soup often its what I call Chuck it In soup! If its there Chuck it in
Its a great way of using all those bits and pieces .
I just chop all the veg put in pressure cooker add some stock and when the veg are cooked I use my Bamix stick blender
(where would I be without that?) until its all smooth.
Some times I add Creme Fraiche at the last minute as a treat!
