did absolutely nothing. The person I spoke to actioned absolutely nothing and I have just had another forty minutes with a lovely manager who has now sorted it all out for me. She was as cross as I was and feedback has been sent to the agent's manager and to the chap that xxxxed it all up in the first place. This lady could not have been nicer and I am confident - ish that she has sorted it all out properly. She did tell me that very soon all BT call centres will be back in the UK. Hopefully that will help, but I'm not sure it will.
