I agree with you Jacqui. Being is it was bought over Christmas, they may have been taking time off and not had time to update their website. By shouting not to trust this seller without them having a chance to give their side, is almost libellous.
You received a refund. Checking the feedback is a good thing, but they may have genuine reasons for not be able to supply your order.
