The winner is Marian B - if you would like to email me your full name and address, we will get your prize off to you
Joanna said - that clematis is amazing .... But lots of lovely ones to choose from, those roses are beautiful and the wedding day clematis and the eryngium too (I used to grow that for drying).. I loved looking at them all! Please can we do that again soon?
So we will have another flower competition soon
So due to popular demand
we are once again running a prize photo competition.
The subject of this one is FLOWERS
You can take a photo of your garden, a friend's garden, patio, a container / pot plant, single flower and yes Carol, even wildflowers count
Once you have decided on a photo, just upload it onto this thread, you can add where you took it / what it is if you wish, but it isn't compulsory.
Uploading is easy via Yuku but if you get stuck Carol (shadowfax) said she would help and if you are really stuck, just email it to me, but try to have a go first, you may be surprised how easy it is.
The competition will run for four weeks which should be enough time to dust off those cameras and will close Friday June 19th. I will then get our resident flower expert Joanna to pick a winner.
Just a couple of small rules -
Just ONE photo per person, so choose carefully
Please, no comments on this thread on how pretty the photos are etc. It makes it harder for Joanna to wade through when there are lots of comments, just the photos please.
I think this has covered it all but if you do have questions, please either message me, email me or start another thread.
Have fun and we are all looking forward to the photos.
