I have the television on, mostly for noise, and normally at 2pm it has been Judge Rinder but now it is that Kyle man and Emergency Room.
Now what is annoying me intensely is that three of the patients shown so far are not emergencies, one has had a lump for about four years and the one at the moment, a woman, has had the problem for thirteen years. Excuse me, both ought to have gone to their GPs, not to A&E. By showing these cases they are encouraging people to use A&E instead of their GPs. A third patient also ought to have seen his GP and not A&E, he is taking too much co-codimol so is now addicted - that isn't an emergency either.
