Just a quick note before I go to bed, I am shattered!!
My DD gave birth to a beautiful baby girl this morning at 7.52am, weighing in at 7lb 3oz.
We got a call at 4.10am Thursday morning ( i hadn't slept all night as I was suffering with neuralgia) from her to say her waters had broken and could the bring Jessica, their 5yr old down on the way to the hospital. Yes we said!! jess, was hyper and wouldn't have a nap before school, so we couldn't either. Had her overnight as baby hadn't arrived and she woke us at 6am, groan......................!!
Anyway all well with Mum and baby Isabel, after the 2 disappointments she has had, I was so relieved as you can imagine.
This is the only picture I have of Isabel to date, taken with Dad's mobile phone. We haven't been to see them yet as DD was very tired and hoped to be home tomorrow anyway.
Right must get off to bed and sleeeeeeeeep!
