Posts: 33 (12/02/2008 00:36:59) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Tags : None I have had a Wizard system now for months now and never got around to using it yet, I just would like to know if I can use the cuttlebug embossing folders through it as it seems to be a similar die cutting and embossing machine, and I see that they are quite a lot cheaper to buy than the wizard ones and there are such a lot of them to choose from, any information would be gratefully received thanks. Posts: 1861 (12/02/2008 01:39:15) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Hi Cat, Yes you can use the cuttlebug dies in your wizard, it is like all manual die cutting machines, you can use all manufacturers dies in them. Some of them need a conversion plate I think it's called to enable you to use other manufacturers dies. Vice versa, you can use wizards in the cuttlebug. Andrea xx

In fact they properly work better than on the cuttlebug from what i've seen in demonstrations.

Posts: 260 (26/02/2008 13:06:18) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	There are 2 sandwiches you can use, between the 2 thick white plates but it can sometimes be hard work with the lever. The best is white emboss plate, white a6 spacer plate, embossing folder and the blue plate from the charm set. If you're having a major session embossing all the scraps you can use white emboss plate, 2 folders one on top the other then the blue plate (bit hard going) or the universal plate (milky white). I havent yet found the perfect sandwich for the dies but often use them just between the thick white plates with a few pieces of extra card.
