Well had another wonderful day in Harrogate.... lots of laughs in the journey
 ....... if only I could lose lbs as quickly as I can spend £'s I would possibly be a size 0 !!!

Ooh Sheila you are a luv but I really am trying to shed some lbs .. as my husband says to me if I kept my mouth closed less food would go in.

It is a great day out Gloria I just love seeing the new tecniques on offer, trouble is I am easily lead! and money drops out of my pockets!
