Wasn't getting far with the seller that had sent me the wrong item. so I opened the dispute... she didnt reply till I sent it for a claim. this ends on 3rd march and paypal will make there decision
she has emailed me saying that she will pay for the shipping and refund me.....
"yes, but you will need to ship it soon & close the dispute. " this is the last email that she has sent...
i need advice on what to do now.... Do I tell paypal that we have sorted it all out and post item back... and cancel dispute...
or keep it open and still post the item back....just incase when its closed she wont give me a refund....
any help will be much appreciated
