It reminds me of a poster that was put up in munitions factories during the war. No, I'm not old enough to remember although I feel like it at times! The poster read ' "That'll do" Won't do!!!!' which was of course true because mistakes cost lives either in the factory or on the battlefield. Its a good maxim for everyday though. The other favourite of mine is "There's never a crowd on the extra mile." Have a fab day everyone! Shoestring x

The people who do "a little bit more" far outshine the people who do not and receive the reward for faster advancement in rank which means more pay and the opportunity to extend their service - giving more security and a larger pension.
