I've had a really bad week. Craving for anything sweet and
chocolatey!!!!. Not bothered writing things down either which I should.
Went for weigh-in last Friday and had lost another 4lbs making a total of 1st. 81/2lbs.
Start excercise classes (via G.P.) next Wednesday so that might get me back on track and give me the spur I need at the moment>
