Just Three months ago I lost my Dad, then on Monday this week my Mum suddenly died from a blood clot. Right now the whole world feels like it has come
crashing down about my ears. My sister and I just feel numb, Mum was only 64. That's no age
We just miss them so much. Love Dee |

So sorry to hear your sad news, its a lot to come to terms with the loss of both parents in such a short time. You need time to come to terms with it all. Just

Thinking of you both, it is so difficult to form any serious thoughts at this time, you just need to take one day at a time. Although you will not forget your
parents the raw pain you are feeling at the moment will get easier. I found that thinking of all the good times helped enormously and still does. Just be there
